Good luck, I've been trying for weeks to get an issue resolved. Never get a response.

I’ve tried as well and zero response.  I’m starting to think everything sent to support goes into file 13.  The Trash folder.  I’m even trying to go through the company I purchased it from in hopes they have a contact person/ sales rep.  Total frustration.  All the reviews on this thing were very positive, I think I may have made a mistake in purchasing this thing.

Same here, I really like the Square Sim but it's unusable because it rejects my password. When I try to do a password reset, I never get a response. It's difficult to believe this issue is not resolved after several attempts at communication. How difficult can it be to respond to a reasonable request such as a password reset? I've never even got use any of my credits. So frustrating! The unit has a one year warranty. I've requested a refund about two weeks ago as I have no other option. Of course, no response. If I don't receive a response in the next week, I will be sending it back regardless and moving on to a different simulator.

Same here, never been able to use my credits as well. Prior to returning my first simulator to the place I purchased it from, I sent 3 emails, waited an hour for the chat and still never heard anything back front them.  It’s been 5 weeks, since my first attempt.  I don’t know what I was thinking when I agreed to get a replacement simulator.  As I mention yesterday, if the place I purchased it from can’t get an answer I’m going to return it back to them and just eat the restocking fee.  Not worth the headache

Agree, not worth it. If I get any positive news, before sending it back next week, I'll gladly pass it on. Not holding my breath though…

Having side spin and other issues with mine and not looking good for customer service.  They have pretty much blown it. They had the market on budget LM but CS is absolutely terrible.  Will lose a lot of potential customers because of it. Word travels fast in social media world.

Yeah, business thrives with two key ingredients. Good product, good customer service. They checked the first box, in my opinion, but off the charts failed with CS. I know there are sympathetic people working at Square, but lack of response and resolution ultimately results in a sunken ship.
