Add Par 3 Course Options

It would be great to have dedicated Par 3 courses to choose from in the course library. These are perfect for short game practice, quicker rounds, or playing with friends who are newer to the game. Adding a variety of Par 3 course options would make the simulator more accessible and enjoyable for players of all skill levels.
