missing square golf launcher

I purchased a Square golf launch monitor on 27/4/25 from  shopify.com on 27/4/25 Order (#2627) and I paid in full ($120) for international delivery by UPS to: Kevin Madden, Lucky garden 18a, Kampung Seraya, Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia.

a few days later I received an e-mail informing me, the item was en route by UPS. Tracking no: 1Z75A4126718540231

I followed the journey as the golf launcher went to Louisville, Kentucky ???  Where it stayed for 7 days before being returned to sender at Springfield gardens, NYC.

Apparently there was no invoice info with the package and the receiver could not accept it.

Please can you tell me what has happened and when I can expect delivery of the missing item. 

I have posted the UPS tracking data below and attached a screenshot of proof of purchase.

despite 7 e-mails, I have heard nothing from square golf
