Can't Log In to account..."Network Error"
My box arrived last week, and although I was able to sign in via the ipad app, when I try to redeem my 1000 points, it takes me to the “member” login on my phone, but just gives me “Network Error” when trying to sign in. My credentials are correct. I've emailed about this several times and chatted with the useless AI bot. It just tells me they have a bug in the software, but little else. Is the support always this poor with this thing…?
Any ideas as to how to actually talk to a human and get this resolved so I can play some courses?

I came here to say the same thing. I am unable to redeem my welcome points as well. I also sent support@squaregolf.co.uk an email to see if they can help. Glad to see i'm not the only one with this issue

Blake - I was able to get my credits just now by downloading the app on my laptop (previously I was using an ipad and iphone). What I did was:
Download their app on a Windows based laptop/computer and sign in. Then go to the My Account section and then click the “Charge” button towards the bottom as if you're buying credits. Then on the next screen you'll see a button to Register your Welcome Credits (in the top right). It will ask you to type in your welcome code, then it updates your account.
Pretty unsettling that I had to figure this out through a Facebook group and still have yet to hear from support whatsoever, but here we are, lol.
Hopefully this is the extent of my trouble with this thing because I want to love it…but I'm certainly not confident at all in receiving any type of help/support going further.
