For anyone looking to Buy Square Launch Monitor - DON'T
Square will sell you the unit then disappear into the ether.
My Square Launch monitor has been down for 2days now.
No contact, No reach out. At this point I am coming the conclusion I am going to have to buy another LM.
THAT SUCKS!!

Agreed on this point. My unit crapped out after a month of use. I bought in the USA and I reached out several weeks ago for support. The UK support email got back to me and then said I needed to work with the USA email. The USA support email has not responded in weeks.

I am starting BBB complaint and would love for you to do the same.Leaving with a paper weight with no feedback from organization sounds like something the USA Better Business Bureau would want to know. I am over this crap and ready for a refund, the tech is not good if you cannot use it.

Ok, I have news, I am getting my bank involved. I am disputing the purchase and have provided screenshots from this site. As proof that support does not exist, I am over Square Golf and ready to get a refund for my $$ and move to another Launch Monitor. This has been the craziest experience I have ever had with vendor and fell for anyone that purchases the unit.
