AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This product is made of cheap plastic and one shot from a golf ball, its game over and you just wasted $700+. Less than two weeks old, my 17 year old hit an iron shot that hit the launch monitor, completely ruined. The screen in the front is flimsy plastic and will shatter with any impact at all.

It's not a bad product. Just bad golfers using it. Should have gotten a case.

Thank you for your feedback Mark, I'll definitely let my 17 yr old daughter that is learning to golf know we got valuable feedback from an internet troll. If a case was the only way this TEMU product works, I'm out.

Just because you didn't do your research on a product is not a reason to dismiss it outright and blame the product for your lack of due diligence or negligence.

That's the reason why they sell protector covers.

I understand your comment, however, you bout a product for $700 that out performs that price point. Is the case lacking? Yes. If that was your priority, then this is not the product for you. There are products that will likely meet your needs better at around $2000. That does not make square a bad product, it provides the advertised function exceptionally well.

Paul, the product and company SUCK, the next thing that will happen is the product with not boot up and tech support will not answer you. Do yourself a favor and do a report to the Better Business Bureau, that is our only hope to deal these kind of behavior and we need multiple complaints to get them to investigate.

Ok, I have news, I am getting my bank involved. I am disputing the purchase and have provided screenshots from this site. As proof that support does not exist, I am over Square Golf and ready to get a refund for my $$ and move to another Launch Monitor. This has been the craziest experience I have ever had with vendor and fell for anyone that purchases the unit.
