I have a similar issue but with driver. Ball in centre of hitting zone on a tee, green lights on device. Only 1 in 5 swings are recorded. I’ve tried elevating the device but no difference in outcome.

Low point?
Is it possible for the square to calculate low point? It seems that there is attack angle & spin rate so it may be that the low point of the arc is doable with the current hardware.
