may or may not help you, but when mine won't start, I pull the battery and then hold the power button to drain the capacitors. 5-10 seconds. This has worked for me each time.

Is Square here?
Is Square actually here in this forum? I’m not unhappy with my device or the software, but it could be improved. I’d love to share feature requests with Square but I don’t sense they are even here.

Switching from the fat white rubber tee that protrudes through the hitting mat to something like the BirTee has essentially resolved this problem for me. Hope this helps others.

3W shots don't register
LED turns green. Monitor is 16" x 9" away from the ball. The light stays lit until it hit it. I see the monitor's multiple red LEDs flash, but nothing is recorded. Then it sets up again and shows ...
