may or may not help you, but when mine won't start, I pull the battery and then hold the power button to drain the capacitors. 5-10 seconds. This has worked for me each time.

That actually makes a lot of sense. I’m now thinking this is also what was happening to me. 

Switching from the fat white rubber tee that protrudes through the hitting mat to something like the BirTee has essentially resolved this problem for me. Hope this helps others. 

I would like this as well. Plus the ability to go beyond 14 clubs.
