I cannot find where to enter my welcome credits/I did not receive my free credits?

IOS users must now visit https://members.squaregolf.com/ and login with your account login to redeem the credits. There will be a small credit card shaped voucher enclosed in one of the inner boxes usually the remote-control box that will show your credit code.
