Why won't the power turn on?

First, check the battery charge status. If the device turns off immediately when the AC adapter is not connected, there may be an issue with the battery. The battery can discharge even if it hasn’t been used for a long time. If the battery is completely discharged, connect the AC adapter to use or charge the product. If the power doesn’t turn on even with the AC adapter connected, remove the battery, reconnect the AC adapter, turn on the power, and then reattach the battery. If a battery issue is confirmed or the problem persists, please contact customer service
