3W shots don't register
LED turns green. Monitor is 16" x 9" away from the ball. The light stays lit until it hit it. I see the monitor's multiple red LEDs flash, but nothing is recorded. Then it sets up again and shows me green. I'm indoors - no sunlight is getting in. It's driving me crazy.
I can't use a driver where I'm set up, so I have no info on if the driver would get picked up. (I also don't own a driver so I can't just go test it.)

I have a similar issue but with driver. Ball in centre of hitting zone on a tee, green lights on device. Only 1 in 5 swings are recorded.
I’ve tried elevating the device but no difference in outcome.1 -
Switching from the fat white rubber tee that protrudes through the hitting mat to something like the BirTee has essentially resolved this problem for me. Hope this helps others.

This seems to happen with whatever tee I use.
Do you have the monitor at the same height as you do for hitting off the mat?For me it might be the mat moving with the swing, will test further & update the thread

So it seems that the mat may have been moving as I swung. Garage floor is painted so pretty slippery.
Launch monitor is on a stand with the base level with the top of the mat. Same height as if it was sat on the mat. Ball on a tee in the hitting zone & the mat weighted down seems to have resolved the shots being missed issue.

That actually makes a lot of sense. I’m now thinking this is also what was happening to me.
